Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we cannot accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please refrain from returning your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Books showing obvious signs of use,
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival. Additionally, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, start by checking your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; sometimes, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@page20boutiquehotel.com and send your item to Tsimiski 38
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver. They will be informed about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please mail it to Tsimiski 38.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, as these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged products vary depending on your location.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
