Products

Our product prices are determined by a number of factors, including the cost of materials, production and shipping. When the cost for any of these factors increases, it has an impact on the price of our final product. We understand that price increases impact our community and remain committed to bringing you innovation and accessibility with zero compromise on quality.
TINT is proudly Leaping Bunny certified! Leaping Bunny certification means a commitment to cruelty-free and vegan practices in the production of cosmetics and household products. This certification ensures that we do not test on animals or through our suppliers. This promise even extends to foreign markets, where they make sure no animal testing is done for regulatory purposes. We renew our pledge every year and test independently to make sure we are keeping up with standards without harshness.
All our products are vegan. Tint is proudly Leaping Bunny certified! This certification ensures that we do not test on animals or through our suppliers. This is one of the important pillars of our brand. We are proud to say that all of our product formulations are vegan.
Products expire 12 months after opening. The life of unopened products is 3 years. Sérum Superlatif expires 24 months after opening.
Our products are safe for pregnancy. We manufacture with non-toxic ingredients and adhere to FDA guidelines. We have taken all available steps to develop safe formulations, however we always recommend consulting your doctor before use.

All our products are made in Greece!

Orders

Typical order preparation times are 1-2 working days. During busy periods these days may increase.
As soon as the order is ready for pickup you will receive an SMS and a notification to your email.
Orders picked up from the store remain in the store for up to 3 working days.
You can order the products you want in the following ways: 1. By placing an online order at www.tint.com 2. By e-mail at info@tint.gr 3. By placing an order by telephone at +30 2112 764 251 Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
Unfortunately not! Our shipments are (currently) only available in Greece and Cyprus.
If you want to make changes to your order, please email us at Tteam@tint.com as soon as possible. The fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we will do our best to help you with your request.

Returns and Cancellations

All returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the order. The original order number must be provided to make the return and you will be refunded in full to the original method of payment (with the exception of in-store cash purchases, which will be refunded with in-store credit), excluding delivery charges unless otherwise specified by law. You will also have the opportunity to elect to receive a refund in the form of a TINT gift card if you use the self-service refund process. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your transcript. Gift card refunds will be available immediately on your original gift card.

Our physical store is located at 67 Ermou Street, Athens!
The opening hours of the store are: Monday - Friday : 10:00 - 21:00 Saturday 10:00-20:00 Sunday : Our store is closed.
Of course! You can submit your order and upon completion you can choose as a shipping method “'Pick up from the store”' Once your order is collected you will receive a notification and it will remain in the store for 3 working days
