If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product, we provide the following guidelines.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h4><p>According to Greek law, you have the right to withdraw within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the product, no justification is required. To exercise your right, you are required to inform us in writing by email at <strong><a>info@artisansroots.gr<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Terms of Returns<\/strong><\/h4><p>To accept a return or exchange of a product:<\/p><p>-The product must be <strong>unused<\/strong> and in <strong>its original state<\/strong>.<\/p><p>-To be accompanied by <strong>the proof of purchase<\/strong> or the <strong>invoice.<\/strong>.<\/p><p>he product must be returned in <strong>its original packaging<\/strong> (including labels and all accompanying documents or accessories).<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Returns Procedure<\/strong><\/h4><p>-Contact us at <strong><a>info@artisansroots.gr<\/a><\/strong> or by phone <strong>+30 24280 12345<\/strong> to register your return.<\/p><p>-Pack the product safely and send it to the address: <strong>Artisans Roots, 12 Centauron Street, Pelion, Greece, P.C. 37010<\/strong>.<\/p><p>-The return cost is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Product Changes<\/strong><\/h4><p>If you wish to change, please contact us within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receipt. As long as the product meets the return conditions, we will send the new product you want. Any price differences will be settled before dispatch.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Defective or Incorrect Products<\/strong><\/h4><p>If you receive a product that is defective or different from the one you ordered, please contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs and replace the product or refund the purchase price.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Refund<\/strong><\/h4><p>The refund is made within <strong>10 working days<\/strong> from the receipt and inspection of the returned product.
