Classical Pilates

Classical Pilates is the foundation and authentic form of the method, as originally designed by Joseph Pilates nearly a century ago. Preserving the philosophy of mind–body connection, Classical Pilates is taught either in its pure form or serves as the basis for more modern approaches.
With a strong focus on the “powerhouse” (core), these timeless exercises enhance strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance, setting high standards for both functional movement and quality of everyday life.
This authentic practice is ideal for those seeking a holistic exercise method that improves posture, reduces the risk of injury, and supports overall well-being.
Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is the therapeutic application of the method, focusing on the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, or specific physical needs that require a specialized approach.
By strengthening the deep core muscles, body stability improves while chronic pain in the lower back, spine, neck, and hips is effectively relieved. Sessions begin on a one-on-one basis, with the possibility of transitioning into small group classes when appropriate.
Clinical Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates

Pilates during pregnancy is designed to support women throughout every stage — before and after childbirth. At Kinesis Pilates Studio, we provide a safe, supportive environment tailored to the unique needs of this special period.
Prenatal Pilates focuses on proper spinal alignment, pelvic floor support, and the prevention of abdominal separation (diastasis recti).
Postnatal Pilates emphasizes post-birth recovery, restoring body awareness, and functional strengthening to meet the physical demands of motherhood.
All sessions are conducted with the approval of your healthcare provider.
Pilates Stretching

Flexibility is a fundamental component of a healthy, functional body — not a privilege reserved for athletes or dancers. Pilates Stretching classes aim to lengthen the entire body, decompress the spine, and improve posture.
Each session begins with gentle warm-up exercises followed by flowing stretches synchronized with the breath. The result is improved circulation, relief from muscular tension and stress-related headaches, and a noticeable reduction in stress levels.
A class your body needs more than you may realize.
Sweat Pilates

Sweat Pilates is a dynamic, continuous practice that blends Pilates principles with elements of cardiovascular training. The goal is to enhance endurance while maintaining safety and proper technique.
Using jump boards and springs, the body is challenged at higher intensity, coordination is improved, and the core is deeply activated. Music sets the rhythm — and endorphins do the rest.
Sweat Pilates is recommended for experienced practitioners who are already familiar with Pilates equipment and comfortable with faster-paced sequences.
Pilates Choreo

Pilates Choreo is a unique practice that merges the core principles of Pilates with the fluidity and expressiveness of dance. It was created through years of experience in both disciplines.
While maintaining precise technique, the practice incorporates flow, musicality, and creativity. Breath, movement, and emotion align to offer a deeply freeing and expressive experience.
Pilates Choreo is physically demanding and intended for practitioners with prior experience.
Pilates Fusion

Pilates Fusion is a contemporary, evolving approach that combines Pilates with elements of other movement disciplines such as functional training, mobility work, stretching, and dance-inspired flow. Depending on the selected package, multiple pieces of equipment may be incorporated into a single session.
This practice adapts to the needs of the individual or group, offering variety, creativity, and a well-rounded workout. The goal is a strong, mobile, and balanced body, with emphasis on proper movement and body awareness.
Pilates Fusion is ideal for those who enjoy progression, diversity, and a multidimensional approach to exercise.
