all the technical installation has been done by certified technicians and they have checked that everything works perfectly.

To avoid connection problems students should:

  always connected to a computer, not to mobile phones. The computer must have a camera, speakers and a microphone

  Disconnect from the router wifi at home, mobile phones, tablets, smarttv etc. Many devices are connected and problems are created

  Connect your computer with an Ethernet cable to the router not wirelessly.

The students have to test the microphone, speakers, and camera that work by testing with their classmates. If something does not work or you do not have it, make sure you get one to facilitate communication

When the lesson starts, all students should have in front of them their books, textbooks and Awareness, as well as brochures and assignments that they have received from their teachers. They need to be prepared and focused on the lesson. Do not let others be in the area and distract them.
