Architecture and environment

 The complex consists of imposing stone buildings reminiscent of traditional Maniot houses. Stone, wood, and ceramic roofs blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings. It is built and operates within a lush olive grove, from which it takes its name. The centuries-old olive trees offer shade, coolness, and the distinctive scent of the Greek land. Its location guarantees a unique view, whether towards the majestic mountain or the endless blue of the sea.

At Terra Restaurant, guests can enjoy Mediterranean flavors prepared with ingredients sourced from the estate and local producers, complemented by a stunning outdoor setting. The swimming pool, open during the summer months, provides a refreshing oasis with sun loungers and mini-bar service.

The complex is located at the exit of Kardamyli, on the road to Stoupa. It offers comfortable and secure parking for all guests. The area is monitored 24/7 by security cameras.
